EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters for FEI/Philips SEM, FESEM, FIB, FIB-SEM systems are offered with two different styles and a variety of heights:

EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters with 20, 40 and 50mm height and M4 screw
OEM compatible SEM stage adapters with 20, 40 and 50mm height and fine M6 thread

FEI/Philips type EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters with 20, 40 and 50mm height

The EM-Tec versatile SEM stage adapters for FEI/Philips SEMs, FEGSEMs, DualBeam and SEM/FIB systems are available in 20, 40 and 50mm height, including locking nuts and a base. Each of the components is also separately available if needed. The FEI/Philips stage adapters include an M6 fine thread (M6F) with a pitch of 0.75mm and an M4 screw op top. The M4 screw is compatible with all M4 threaded EM-Tec sample holders. The pillar is made from self lubricating brass to prevent binding. The knurled locking nuts and base are made from vacuum grade aluminium. Available in three heights:

EM-Tec FV24 – 20mm height brass M6F pillar with M4 on top and 2 locking nuts
EM-Tec FV44 – 40mm height brass M6F pillar with M4 on top, base and 2 locking nuts
EM-Tec FV54 – 50mm height brass M6F pillar with M4 on top, base and 2 locking nuts

FEI/Philips stage SEM stage adapters with 20, 40 and 50mm height

The replacement FEI stage adapters are available in 20, 40 and 50mm height, including locking nuts and base. Each of the components is also separately available if needed. The FEI stage adapters include an M6 fine thread (M6F) with a pitch of 0.75mm. The pillar is made from self lubricating brass to prevent binding. The locking nuts and base are made from vacuum grade aluminium. All parts are interchangeable with the original FEI or Philips stage adapters. Three height are available:

20mm short pillar for tall specimens
40mm standard pillar
50mm long pillar to bring thin specimens nearer to the pole piece of the SEM/FIB
