The EM-Tec PV64 versatile SEM stage adapter for the Pemtron SEMs consist of a round pin with a flat and M4 threaded top. This stage adapter is compatible with all EM-Tec SEM sample holders with M4 threaded hole. The height of the EM-Tec PV64 stage adapter is 6mm above the SEM stage.
