The EM-Tec SH2 and SH4 versatile SEM stage adapters for the tabletop SEMs consist of an M4 threaded pillar with two brass locking nuts. This stage adapter is compatible with all EM-Tec SEM sample holders with M4 threaded hole. The total height of the EM-Tec SH2 stage adapter is 20mm and 40mm for the EM-Tec SH4 stage adapter.
