The standard JEOL NeoScope series table top SEMs comprises X\/Y movements of 35mm and allows for a maximum height of 50mm. The standard sample stage provides X\/Y movements and Z adjustment, but tilt and rotation are only optionally available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 &#8211; EM-Tec JV40 stage adapter kit for the JEOL NeoScope series table top SEMs<\/strong><br>The&nbsp;EM-Tec JV40 stage adapter kit&nbsp;is fully compatible with the standard X\/Y stage of the JEOL NeoScope JCM-6000plus, JCM-6000 and JCM-5000 table top SEMs. With the EM-Tec JV40 stage adapter, a vast range of sample holders can be used on the JEOL NeoScope, offering improved sample handling and access to the vast range of EM-Tec versatile sample holders. It consists three parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stage adapter discs insert with female M6 thread<\/li><li>Brass stage adapter pillar (adjustable height) with male M6 thread and M4 screw on top<\/li><li>aluminium M6 locking ring.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It replaces the standard JEOL NeoScope stage adapter as a drop in style replacement.&nbsp; The top of the adjustable height pillar includes an M4 screw. Fully compatible with all EM-Tec SEM sample holders with M4 threaded hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 \u2013EM-Tec sample holders for the JEOL NeoScope series table top SEMs<\/strong><br>The EM-Tec sample holders with M4 threaded hole are fully compatible with the JEOL NeoScope table top SEMs using the EM-Tec JV-40 stage adapter. The sample holders fir within the stage travel limits and maximum available height. &nbsp;With the EM-Tec holders, tilt can be added to the sample movements. These are also used on the optionally available tilt\/rotation stage. When using the EM-Tec sample holders, the standard JEOL 9.5, 12.2,25 and 32mm stubs can be used as well.
