The EM-Tec JEOL stub storage boxes and are designed for storing SEM samples mounted on the 9.5mm and 12,2mm diameter JEOL cylinder stubs. They can be used for handling, long term storage, archiving and shipping SEM samples on smaller JEOL stubs and mounts.
